Using this website
By visiting zoftx.com you agree to these terms. The site describes the work of ZOFTX INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Content is provided for information. We may update pages at any time.
Our services
We design and build custom ERP, LMS, CRM, APIs, MVPs, and related operational software. A project starts when both sides agree the scope, timeline, and fees in writing (email is enough). Anything outside that scope is a separate piece of work.
Your materials
You confirm that you have the right to give us the briefs, copy, data, and brand assets you share, and that using them will not infringe someone else’s rights. You remain responsible for those materials.
Intellectual property
Until invoices for a milestone are paid, we own the work created for that milestone. After payment, you receive the rights we agreed in the project terms, usually to use and operate the delivered product. We keep the right to reuse general methods, components, and know-how that are not unique to your business. Our name, mark, and this website remain ours.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse this website, attempt to access private areas without permission, or use our work for unlawful purposes. The public site and any private tools we run may be taken offline for maintenance.
Liability
Software and systems depend on many factors outside a single studio. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Kochi, Kerala have jurisdiction, unless a signed project agreement says otherwise.
