ZOFTX INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“ZoftX”, “we”, “us”) is a registered software company in Kochi, India. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit zoftx.com, write to us, or work with us on a project.

• Project files, briefs, and feedback you share during an engagement.

• If you are an administrator of our private tools, account and session data needed to sign in.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, deliver software and design work, invoice and communicate during a project, and keep this website secure. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising networks.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers who host our email, website, or infrastructure, and only as needed to run the business. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Retention

Enquiry mail is kept as long as it is useful to continue the conversation. Project records are kept for the life of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards for support, accounts, and legal records. You can ask us to update or delete information we hold, unless we need to keep it for a legal or accounting reason.
