Case studies

Work we can discuss.

Named client stories are not published on this site. The work is usually operational software for a specific organisation, and those details stay with that organisation.

Why there are no named cases here

Most of what we design is built for one client: an ERP, an LMS, a CRM, or a custom system that ties those pieces together. Publishing that work with names, screens, or results would mean inventing a public story we do not have permission to tell.

If you want to know whether a brief is close to ours, the honest path is to write to us with the project, or to read the capabilities and process we already stand behind.

The kind of brief we take on

These are not case studies with outcomes attached. They are the kinds of operational software ZoftX designs and builds:

  • Custom ERPOperations software shaped around your process: finance, inventory, people, and the workflows that sit between them, instead of a generic package.
  • LMSLearning platforms for teams and customers: courses, progress, assessments, and admin tools that stay readable at scale.
  • CRMCustomer systems for sales, support, and accounts, with a clear record of every conversation and a flow people will actually keep up to date.
  • Software developmentCustom applications and platforms built around your brief, from internal tools to larger systems that connect several products.
  • MVP developmentA first version with only the paths that matter, so you can test the product with real users before you over-build.
  • CMS customizationContent systems fitted to your structure, roles, and publishing flow, rather than leaving the team to fight a default setup.
  • Software consultationA clear view of what to build, what to keep, and what to retire, before you commit a full engineering cycle.
  • API developmentInterfaces that let your ERP, LMS, CRM, and other systems share data cleanly, with contracts the rest of the stack can rely on.
  • Software maintenanceOngoing care after launch: fixes, small changes, and the work that keeps a live system stable as the business moves.

What we can walk through on a call

On a conversation we can talk about how a similar brief would be discovered, designed, and handed over: the people who will use the system, the tasks that fail today, and the systems already in place. That is more useful than a page of unnamed metrics.
